The process is straightforward. The most important thing is: The grant application must be submitted before the actual consultation begins.
Discuss consulting projects
Please describe your current situation and the goal of the consultation. Together, we will determine whether your project is generally eligible for the BAFA funding program.
Submit a grant application
Your company submits the grant application online to the BAFA. The consulting firm you plan to use must be specified in the application.
Wait for the informational letter
After the basic requirements have been reviewed, you will receive the information letter. Only then may the consulting agreement be concluded and the consulting services begin.
Conduct a consultation
We analyze the initial situation, identify weaknesses and their causes, and develop specific recommendations for action as well as a practical action plan.
Pay the bill & submit receipts
First, you pay the full consulting invoice. Then, the required documentation is submitted to the BAFA. After a successful review, the grant is paid out to your company.
