Semper Fidus GmbH

As occupational safety specialists (SiFa), we assist companies of all sizes in designing safe workplaces, minimizing hazards, and implementing legal regulations.

Risk Assessments

Identify Risks – Formulate Measures
We develop practical risk assessments for all areas of your company, including risk assessments for psychological stress. We identify potential hazards, evaluate risks, and propose concrete protective measures. The objective is to enhance the safety of your employees while simultaneously fulfilling legal requirements.

Operating Instructions

Clear Guidelines for Safe Operations
We develop clear operating instructions for your employees. These document safe work procedures, the correct handling of machinery, chemicals, or work equipment, and provide clear instructions for emergencies.

Provide Practical Employee Training
Regular instructions are mandatory. We conduct practical training sessions that sensitize employees to hazards and impart specific behavioral rules. This ensures that occupational safety is actively practiced daily – not merely documented.

Safety Inspections

Identify On-Site Hazards
We inspect your workplaces directly on-site, analyzing processes, work equipment, and environmental conditions. Based on our findings, we develop action plans that are practical, legally compliant, and implementable.

Assistance with Occupational Safety Management

Establish Structures – Optimize Processes
We assist companies in establishing structured occupational safety management: from documentation and responsibilities to regular inspections and audits. This ensures you maintain oversight and operate in a legally compliant manner.

What obligations do employers have regarding occupational safety?
According to § 3 ArbSchG, you must assess hazards, derive measures, and effectively monitor them. We handle the complete documentation and coordination with the Employers' Liability Insurance Association for you, ensuring you always remain legally compliant.
Do I need an occupational safety specialist (SiFa), even if I only have a few employees?
DGUV Regulation 2 mandates safety-related support from the first employee. Small businesses can cover this through the so-called 'entrepreneur model' or flexibly via an external occupational safety specialist (SiFa) service provider – precisely our area of expertise.
How is a risk assessment practically carried out?
1. We record your workplaces / activities.
2. Risks are evaluated, measures prioritized, and documented in an action plan.
3. You receive all results digitally, ready for signature for Employers' Liability Insurance Association (BG) and authority verification.
What does external occupational safety specialist (SiFa) support cost?
Dependent on employee count and hazard class. Significantly more cost-effective, in any case, than an accident-related employee absence. Request your individual quote – the key data can be captured in 2 minutes.
How often must my employees be instructed?
Before commencing work and then at least once annually (DGUV Information 211-005). Certain employee groups or after specific events may require more frequent instruction. We provide ready-to-use instruction packages, including proof of participation – either on-site or online as e-learning, depending on the industry.
