What are my obligations as an employer regarding workplace safety?
According to Section 3 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act (ArbSchG), you must assess hazards, implement measures, and monitor them effectively. We handle all the documentation and coordination with the employers' liability insurance association on your behalf, so that you always remain in compliance with the law.
Do I need an occupational safety specialist (SiFa) even if I only have a few employees?
DGUV Regulation 2 requires safety management support starting with the very first employee. Small businesses can meet this requirement through the so-called "employer model" or flexibly by using an external safety management service provider—and that is exactly what we specialize in.
How does a risk assessment work in practice?
1. We assess your workstations and job duties.
2. Risks are evaluated, measures are prioritized, and the results are documented in an action plan.
3. You will receive all results digitally, ready for signature to serve as proof for the BG and government agencies.
How much does external SiFa support cost?

How often do my employees need to be trained?
Before starting work and then at least once a year (DGUV Information 211-005). For certain groups of people or following specific events, training may be required more frequently.
