SCC stands for “Safety Certificate Contractors.” The term “contractors” refers to companies that perform, for example, installation, maintenance, or repair work for other companies. SGU stands for safety, health, and environmental protection.
A personal SGU certificate demonstrates the relevant knowledge. Clients often require such proof, particularly for assignments at industrial facilities. This personnel certification thus helps companies prepare their employees for demanding working conditions.

The examination and issuance of the individual certificate are carried out by an accredited individual certification body. Simply attending a training course does not in itself constitute an SCC individual certificate.

How to Prepare for Your SCC Certification
1. Determine Needs and Prerequisites
Please provide us with the participants’ roles, their current qualifications, and the desired training date. Based on this information, we will determine the appropriate training needs. The certification body decides on admission to the exam.
2. Build and Apply Knowledge
During the training, you will explore the relevant topics and apply them to typical work situations. Clear explanations and practical examples will help you understand the concepts.
3. Take the exam and receive certification
Once you have been admitted, you will take the exam at an accredited personnel certification body. If you pass the exam and are granted certification, you will receive your personal SGU certificate.
